  • When can I move in?

    TODAY! Stop in our office to sign your rental agreement and pick up your FREE lock & key.

  • Do I have to pay an Admin Fee?

    Absolutely Not!

  • Do I have to buy your Insurance?

    NO! We recommend you obtain insurance through your carrier on your property because we cannot carry insurance on things we do not own, but there is NO requirement.

  • Do I have to buy your lock?

    NO! We give you a FREE disc lock & key upon move in or you may use your own lock.

  • When is rent due?

    On the first of each month, late fees apply after the 5th.

  • How do I make a payment?

    Automatic debit (to avoid late fees), through our website, mail, or drop by the office. We accept Visa, Mastercard, and Discover.

  • What type of documentation do I need to provide in order to rent a space?

    Driver’s license, state ID, or passport. If you are storing a boat, RV, or trailer, please bring proof of ownership, such as title, registration, or the insurance card.

  • Do I need to sign a long-term lease?

    NO, our rental agreements are month-to-month. You only pay for what you use.

  • How can I move my things into my space?

    If you like to DIY, we offer FREE use of our 14ft box van for local use. If you are not into DIY, we can provide a list of local movers.

  • How much notice needs to be given before I move out?

    NONE! Just empty your unit and take the lock with you. It’s our gift to you. Let us know when you are finished, and we will process your move-out that day.

  • If I pay my rent on the 1st and move out on the 15th, will I get a refund?

    YES! After 1 month, you will get a refund for any unused rent over $25 upon move out. We never want you to pay for storage you did not use.

  • Do you sell boxes and storage supplies?

    YES! We sell various moving supplies in our office. All customers get VIP pricing of 50% off on moving supplies.

  • How do I know how much storage space I will need?

    You can either use our Storage Calculator on our website or call our manager for assistance.

  • Are there any items that I am NOT able to store?

    Liquids, explosives, flammable liquids, toxic materials and perishables. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding a specific item.

  • Does there have to be someone in the office to let me through the security gates?

    NO! You will be given your own security pass code that will allow you access to your unit during Gate Hours of 6:00AM to 10:00PM EVERY DAY!

  • Do you have handcarts and dollies available at your facility?

    Yes. You are welcome to use our complimentary carts located in most hallways throughout the facility.

  • Have you ever flooded?

    About 30% of our property experienced water damage in 2016, when the Brazos river reached 54.74ft. And in 2017, during Hurricane Harvey, when the Brazos River reached 55.19ft. Before that, the last historical flood was in 1913. Our managers have several tips to safeguard your things, so if you are concerned, please call the office.
