When can I move in?
If there is a storage space available that meets your specific storage needs you can move in any time after a rental contract is signed and you are given a security code.
How much notice needs to be given before I move out?
There is no written requirement needed before you move out. You only pay for what you use and we refund the rest! We only ask that you let us know and remove your lock and take it with you, it’s our gift to you.
What documentation do I need to rent?
A government issued ID (example: driver’s license, state ID, or passport). If you are storing a boat, RV or trailer, please bring proof of ownership. Anything with your name and the vehicle name on it will be fine.
Do I need to sign a long-term lease?
No, we rent on a month-to-month basis.
How do I make a payment?
You can pay in person, mail a check or money order or make a payment through our website. Checking or savings accounts can be automatically debited monthly, there is no extra charge for this service! Our website has a mobile version so you can even pay using your smartphone. Never be locked out for missing a payment.
What forms of payments do you accept?
Checks, money orders, VISA, MasterCard, and Discover.
Do you sell boxes and storage supplies?
Yes. We sell various moving supplies in our office. All customers get VIP pricing on moving supplies.
How do I know how much storage space I will need?
You can either use our Storage Calculator on our website or call our manager for assistance.
Do I need to bring my own lock?
We believe the best lock for your valuables in a non-pick disk lock, so we’ll give you one FREE upon move-in, for added peace of mind.
Are there any items that I am NOT able to store?
Liquids, explosives, flammable liquids, toxic materials, illegal drugs and perishables. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding a specific item. Our facility is used by local law enforcement to train drug sniffing dogs and the officers that work with them.

What’s the difference between gate hours and office hours?
Office hours are the hours in which a manager is on-site to answer any questions related to storage units, payment, moving supplies or van rental. Gate hours are the hours that each tenant can access their unit.
Who has access to my unit?
You are the only person with a key to your unit. Anyone who has access to your key will be able to access your unit. Also anyone you name on your contract as a person having access will be given the same rights as you.
What about security?
While there are no guarantees, we have several cameras throughout the facility that are recorded 24/7. All gate activity is monitored 24/7 by each unit and unique code.
